Swimming pool costs

Telegraph 29/2/08:
"the Aquatic Centre for the Olympic and Paralympic Games of 2012 is expected to cost more than £200 million."

Retail Bulletin 10/3/08:
Quoting on costs of erecting a civic centre by Land Securities in Corby:"The £60 million civic centre will provide a range of cultural and leisure facilities, including a performing arts centre and an Olympic-size swimming pool."

Er, am I missing something in the costings here?
