Stadium - further notes

Re the new stadium - the government have announced why the costs exceed the original estimate; this is because the estimate did not allow for VAT, inflation, legacy costs and earthworks. Please remember that the government is responsible for our annual Budget - I wonder how those estimates are arrived....
